Personality
Julian is an all around good boy, (at times, don't let his boyish-cuteness deceive you) and loves cracking jokes and just having a good time. He does get angry but not as quickly as his cousin Kyrian Panik does. But I guess all Slytherin's have a bad temper, ask Julian about that scar on his left shoulder blade where Kyrian decided to stab him with a knife. Yes, the ol' muggle way. Anywho. Julian has this loud obnoxious laugh and some people either laugh along with him because it has that effect, or get annoyed by it. He's pretty loud in class, and loves being the clown. But he knows when to stop and all that posh. Of course, when the teachers take away some points from his house.
He's a bit immature, and you can clearly see that in the way he's acting. It's just that he enjoys acting like a kid, and is most happiest when people laugh along with him. Not at him. When someone's down, he tries to cheer them up. Either if it involves throwing a lovely pie in some Slytherin's face. (which is most likely to be Kyrian every time, Jul's is kinda scared of the other slytherin boys. Since mainly he's a target, or something)
The boy is shy, when it comes to girls and starts blubbering like an bloody pansy. Sometimes he'd blush red as a cherry and just walk away. Okay, run is more like it. He just doesn't believe in himself, and he's ever-so painfully shy. He's sometimes unsure with himself. It's sad. Kyrian suggests that he should put a paper bag over his head and then ask a girl out. If the bag doesn't scare her away or anything. Julian can get selfish and over protective of the things he loves. Its not like its uncommon or anything, he just gets overly jealous when people take away whats his. Like a friend for example. He doesn't' like to share. Most of the time, he's scared of change and just wants to keep the things the way it is. Is that too much to ask?

Dark hair forever changing color. Although, currently its just his natural hazel brown. It used to be dyed a deep red, which appeared to be his most favorite color yet, but decided to just be a brunette again. His wavy locks normally curl around his heart-shaped face, and cling to his strong jaw. Lightly dusted above his brow line, and it's always been longer in the back of his head. Sometimes he'd straighten his hair, and it just makes his hair look a few inches longer; hiding over his eyes and his dark orbs would see right through. Now, his eyes? A shade that can't seem to make up its mind but has recently settled for a dark green color, more lingering to a brown. Specks of green could be seen clearly in his eyes, and that gives his dark orbs an extra sparkle shine - look.
His skin is quite far, probably a little more tanned, but muuuuuch lighter than his hair. Sometimes he gets a bit too pale, and will walk around Hogwarts just in his swim trunks. Of course, only on a sunny day. Any other day, people would think him as mad. A lanky figure, he's really tall thanks to his dads side of the family. Standing roughly about almost about five eleven, he wishes to be a tad more taller. Maybe six foot? He is quite muscular, but not huge like. He does own a lovely wash-board stomach though.
He doesn't have any piercings, aside from his left ear which has a gold tiny ring hanging. He does have a tattoo, which is a small golden and red dragon that is lingering from his shoulder and its long tail coils down his back, just reaching passed his shoulder blades. The dragons head rests just on his collar bone, a forked tongue flickering out.
To finish up Julian, we can't forget that very large smile of his. He always has that goofy smile on his face, which makes his eyes seem to brighten up even more. High cheek bones and deep dimples appear on his boyish face, and his lips curl back over straight white teeth. Thanks to the years of wearing braces when he was younger, he can now pull off a flirty smile that doesn't make him look like a dork.

History
Born in the depths of London with his quite large family of three younger sisters and two parents, Julian has always been the one to look after the kids when ever his parents are far too lazy to do it themselves. So Julian made it his job to look after the kids, and soonly became the 'dad'.
Unlike his Slytherin relatives like the Paniks or his very own family, perhaps his father and mothers side, which by are pure bloods; Julian had been sorted into Gryffindor of all houses. He himself was shocked to be sorted by the sorting hat, into that particular house and was clearly scared to contact his parents about it. But unfortunately his younger two sisters sent a little owl informing what had occurred.
So basically know, Julian has become what we call an 'outsider to the family.' It's not a very peachy thing, since poor little Jul's is quite sensitive and loves his family very much. But the good thing is that now, when Julian entered his seventh year at Hogwarts, his family accepted him back. But this time it was Jul's to turn them down, seeing as that now that he's been alone for this long, he doesn't need them. But his friends.
Of course, he still goes home to visit them. But the visits are always awkward. Especially around Christmas holiday. And since Kyrian, his dear cousin whom is in Slytherin with Jul's two sisters, loves to push the boys buttons to see how long it takes him to cry. Bummer for Kyrian, he just gets a fist in the face.
